SCS/SBs 508 & 468 - This act repeals the state tax upon the transfer of a decedent's estate in the event Congress repeals the federal estate tax. The repeal becomes effective upon the effective date of the federal repeal, if any.
This act is similar to TAT CCS/SCS/HCS/HB 241 (2001).
